Responsible public Governance : an authentic and universal alternative for more efficient human and ethical public services
Dr. Stéphane Monney Mouandjo GD. CAFRAD Yaoundé May 2017

On Thursday, the 15th day of February 2018, a delegation of four personalities from the Ministry of Justice of Libya paid a visit to the Director-General of CAFRAD. Issues discussed included the return of Libya to CAFRAD and the establishment of a training program for judicial administrative officers engaged in the reconstruction of the country which has been in crisis since the military intervention and the fall of the regime of Colonel Gaddafi. The discussions, which lasted for about two hours, among other things, led to the signing of a framework agreement between CAFRAD and the Libyan Ministry of Justice.

At the end of the visit, the visitors expressed satisfaction over the warm welcome accorded them by CAFRAD with particular emphasis on the attention and the interest which the Director-General, Dr. Stéphane Monney Mouandjo, showed in making their visit a success.

Dr. Monney Mouandjo, on his part, informed his guests of the unflinching interest of the Centre in Libya as much as for the situation of this member country that used to play frontline roles in CAFRAD’s activities. He also said he was very attentively following the evolution of the political and security situations as well as the restoration of public administration generally in Libya, for which he rejoices over the country’s gradual and natural return to her family of origin.

The mission will continue and will end on February 16th with the delegation’s visit to CAFRAD's new premises in Rabat.
