– Mr. Ahmed S. ZUE NDOUTOUMOU (Gabon) – Secretary General of the Higher Council of Islamic Affairs of Gabon, former special advisor to the President of the Republic, former Secretary General of the Government ;
– Prof. Tak Youssif GNONGBO (Togo) – Director of the Doctoral School of Letters and Humanities, University of Lomé, former Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform, former Member of the Togolese National Assembly.
