The Director General of CAFRAD Prof. Stéphane Monney Mouandjo participated in the international conference on “Freedom, democracy and good governance: A view from Cabo Verde” held from the 8th to the 9th of April, 2024 on the island of Sal in Cape Verde.
This participation enhances CAFRAD’s commitment to the defense of collective and individual freedoms as well as to the promotion of more responsible governance aimed at the full satisfaction of the needs and expectations of citizens.
